TaHoma System - Scheduled Maintenance

Somfy wishes to advise that our TaHoma system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday 28th October 2025 from 12pm - 5pm (AEDT)

This maintenance aims to improve the management of our offers and is a prerequisite for several enhancements to our solution, such as multi-user support for TaHoma and cross-country installations for TaHoma Pro. 

During this time, the following services will be unavailable:

  • Account creation

  • Box activation

  • Requests for Pro intervention and attachment

  • Access to TaHoma pro and serv-e-go

 Please note that the following services will remain operational :

  • Login to TaHoma app 

  • Control and pairing of devices in TaHoma

  • Creation and usage of scenes in TaHoma

  • B2C websites

  • B2B websites
