NEW: Altus 28 WireFree RTS (V2) [Ext Battery]
Introducing Somfy's latest innovation to the WireFree range. Our Altus 28 WireFree RTS (external battery) motor has received some key enhancements, effectively streamlining design.
Discover the new product features including a new recessed programming button and a smaller but slightly thicker head.
Streamlined Design
- Reduced motor length (-29mm) allows the motor to be used in narrower applications
- Recessed program button + LED feedback
- Motor head thickness streamlined (9mm) to match Sonesse 30 WireFree Li-ion RTS
- Motor head diameter decreased (-3.77mm) - no impact on installation
- Base crown kit no longer included, reducing waste and simplifying installation
- Recessed program button prevents inadvertent action
- Battery level feedback - LED light flashes red when battery is low and requires a recharge
The motor has the versatility to be powered by either Somfy's External Li-ion Battery Pack [9021217] or a fixed 12V AC/DC Power Supply [1822445].
It is also compatible with both the [9025165] Li-ion WireFree Charger (V2) and [9025293] WireFree Li-ion Solar Panel Kit, giving you the flexibility to choose which way you charge the external battery.
The WireFree solution, [1241163] Altus 28 WireFree RTS V2 has replaced the previous version [1003315]. Any orders for V1 will automatically be replaced with V2.
We are happy to be able to bring you and your customers this upgraded V2 motor for the same RRP as V1.
