PRODUCT UPDATE: Li-ion WireFree Charger (V2)

We are delighted to announce a product update for the Li-ion WireFree Charger (V2) [9025165], featuring an improvement for your convenience. All new productions of the charger will now include a 4 metre cable (an increase from the original 2 metres).

The default cable length on the V2 Li-ion chargers has been increased as a result of feedback from the field that the original cable length was too short to reach the motors from the power outlet. The extension cable is now included by default with the charger.

The improvement provides you with a convenient solution for charging Somfy's range of WireFree motors, making it even easier to enjoy our battery-powered solutions.

With this change, the 2.4m extension cable [9021016] will be made obsolete, but the 20cm extension cable [9021131] will remain available.

The reference number for the Li-ion WireFree Charger (V2) [9025165] will remain the same, and the index will move from C to D.

Please note that the 4m version of the Li-ion WireFree Charger (V2) [9025165] (Index D), cannot be used with the 2.4m extension cable [9021016]. If the charging cable is extended beyond 6m, the motor will not charge properly.
