GM's Update - March 2026

Dear Valued customers and Somfy friends,

Welcome to the first Motoreyes issue of 2026. It’s certainly been a whirlwind start to the year! 

From the increasingly complex global situation to rising fuel prices and their far-reaching impacts, stability is something we’re all striving for. Building customer confidence will be key to supporting our industry’s growth and driving automation forward in Australia. Despite the challenges, our team is energised, motivated and ready to adapt to this evolving context.

 We are now less than 12 weeks away from SuperExpo on the Gold Coast, an exciting and significant event for the window furnishing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with customers and industry peers. We are thrilled to share our product launch plans at the event, showcasing innovative solutions tailored to interior and exterior spaces, both residential and commercial. Our expanded product ranges and enhanced compatibility are designed to deliver an improved experience for our end-users and customers. 

As we prepare for SuperExpo, we’re also working on initiatives to strengthen our partnerships with key customers. This includes launching Somfy Training Events in Adelaide this May, followed by sessions in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney - from June onwards. These programs reflect our ongoing commitment to being present for you and meeting your needs every day.

Furthermore, we are proud to report over 90% customer service success over the past 12 months, demonstrating robust control of our supply chain despite challenges such as the ERP implementation in France and global disruptions.

We look forward to seeing everyone at SuperExpo on the sunny Gold Coast this June.
