PRODUCT UPDATE: Sonesse 30 WireFree RTS

Thanks to your insights on the charging experience of the Sonesse 30 WireFree RTS [1240512], we have made two product enhancements that will simplify the charging process and improve your customers' satisfaction.

Motor head enhancement

• The opening of the charging socket on the motor head has been reduced to make it easier to insert the charging connector. 
• The motor head has been modified to ensure better positioning of the connector with respect to the opening of the cover.
• The reference for the motor remains unchanged, however, the Index will change from A > B.

V2 charger enhancement

• A small pictorial sticker has been attached to the charging cable indicating how to position the connector to ensure correct insertion into the motor head.

• A circular marker has been added on the overmolding of the charger connector to indicate correct positioning as per the pictorial sticker.

• In initial stock, the circular marker will be indicated by a sticker and the box will be marked Index D. In the coming months, you will begin to receive the enhanced charger connector with new overmolding and this will be marked with Index E. The reference for the Li-ion WireFree Charger V2 [9025165] remains unchanged.
