Somfy Oceania Office Closure - Wednesday 4th & Thursday 5th February 2026

The Somfy Oceania office will be closed on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th February 2026 for our annual staff conference.

Customer service and technical support will be operating with limited resources until 10:30am on Wednesday morning. During the closure, please refer to the following support tools available to you:

Orders can still be placed via ShopSomfy during the closure period and will be processed within the normal timeframe. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
