Details and specifications
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS:
- Select the appropriate limit-setting method for the application. Refer to the Limit-Setting Method Table below.
- Select the correct motor torque based on screen size and weight. Always refer to the Maestria Motor Selection Chart before specifying a motor.
- Designed for square applications only; not suitable for pitched or angled installations.
- Install a downward drip loop to help prevent water ingress and protect the motor.
- Obstacle detection performs best in trapped side-channel applications with a correctly weighted bottom rail, ensuring reliable obstacle and high-wind detection during downward operation.
- Obstacle detection is enabled by default and can be enabled or disabled using a Somfy RTS handheld transmitter. If no changes are made within two seconds, the motor automatically returns to normal operating mode.
