Installation 17.5 cm wire length must not be cut or lengthened. For greatest RF range, must not be exposed and should not come in contact with metal surfaces. RF wire may need to be repositioned for optimal performance.  
Information To retain the motor’s battery lifespan, Somfy recommends recharging the battery at least once every 12 months, even if power remains. If the battery goes flat, recharge it immediately. Leaving a battery fully discharged for more than two months may irreparably damage its ability to recharge.
