As we have migrated to a new website platform, all existing usernames and passwords for the previous Somfy Pro website have expired.
Our new website requires all customers to register their details in order to access the information restricted to professional customers.
A new username and password will be issued to the main contact in your business, who will then set up sub-accounts for other staff members in your business. Your new user name and password will provide you with access to the new content, which includes:

- Documentation and brochure downloads
- Technical support tools
