Somfy myLink Promotion Terms & Conditions
During June, July and August 2017 Somfy will be running a promotion with retailers of Somfy motorised products to increase sales of Somfy's SONESSE, ALTUS, and ROLL UP 28 WIREFREE Motors.
The Promotion is open to Somfy Expert retailers of Somfy Motors located in Australia (Retailers).
The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 19 June 2017 and runs until 12:00 pm (AEST) on 18 August 2017, or earlier once 500 units of the Somfy myLink device (Somfy myLink) have been supplied by Somfy pursuant to this Promotion (Promotion Period).
Somfy agrees to sell one (1) Somfy myLink to the Retailer at the promotional price of $150 plus GST, for every sale, invoiced by the Retailer during the Promotion Period, of three (3) or more Somfy Motors and at least one Somfy myLink (Qualifying Sale).
Somfy also agrees to assist Retailers in promoting home automation using Somfy Motors and Somfy myLink by making available to the Retailer marketing tools in relation to the Somfy products covered by this Promotion.
Terms and Conditions:
Each Qualifying Sale must be to a unique customer of the Retailer.
A Qualifying Sale may comprise any combination of three (3) or more motors from the SONESSE, ALTUS, and ROLL UP 28 WIREFREE product families.
Only one discounted Somfy myLink may be ordered by the Retailer in respect of each Qualifying Sale.
Subject to the limited availability of the product (500 units) and the Retailer's satisfaction of the Promotion requirements, there is no limit to the number of discounted Somfy myLink to which the Retailer may be entitled pursuant to this Promotion.
The Retailer must invoice the customer (Retailer's Invoice) in respect of the Qualifying Sale during the Promotion Period.
The Retailer must email a copy of the Retailer's Invoice to Somfy at email@example.com that Somfy may verify the Retailer's entitlement to purchase a discounted Somfy myLink pursuant to this Promotion.
Orders by Retailers to which this Promotion applies must be emailed directly to Somfy's Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org not through Somfy's WebStore.
Somfy will accept orders for discounted Somfy myLink supplied pursuant to this Promotion up until 12:00 pm (AEST) on 18 September 2017 provided the foregoing conditions have been satisfied or until 500 units of the Somfy myLink have been supplied by Somfy pursuant to this Promotion, whichever first occurs.
A Retailer which fails to provide the information required by Somfy as outlined above will not be eligible to purchase a discounted Somfy myLink pursuant to this Promotion, and in this regard Somfy's decision will be final.
Somfy reserves the right to reject any order for a discounted Somfy myLink when in the reasonable opinion of Somfy the Retailer has acted unlawfully or fraudulently in soliciting or effecting what professes to otherwise be a Qualifying Sale, or the Retailer is defamatory of, and/or damages the goodwill or reputation of Somfy.
The Retailer acknowledges that all supplies of goods and services by Somfy pursuant to this Promotion shall be contracted subject to Somfy's publishedprivacy, credit, and trading terms.
