Spring into Shade - Conditions of Offer to Somfy Experts and Other Retailers
To participate in the Promotion, Somfy Experts and other retailers agree to be bound by these Conditions of Offer.
The Offer
Somfy Experts and other retailers who purchase roller shutters, awnings, vertical blinds and external screens powered by designated Somfy Motors (Finished Products) from selected manufacturers and fabricators (Manufacturers) during the Promotion Period may apply to Somfy to receive, at no charge, one (1) EOLIS RTS SENSOR #1816068 or one (1) SITUO 2 RTS SILVER #1811419 (Retail Reward) for each project, residence or commercial premises, in respect of or for which the Somfy Experts or other retailers have purchased Finished Products (Location).

Retail Promotion
With each purchase of Somfy Motors, Somfy will provide Manufacturers with a range of unique codes. Manufacturers will provide Somfy Experts and other retailers with one unique code on account of each Location.
The Somfy Expert or other retailers will then use this unique code to apply to Somfy for a Retail Reward which should be passed on to project owner or resident or commercial occupier of the Location.
Retail Reward Claim
To claim a Retail Reward the Somfy Experts and other retailers must contact their Somfy Regional Sales Manager or, for those retailers not customers of Somfy, make contact with a Somfy Regional Sales Manager or care of this email – marketing.au@somfy.com
Somfy Experts and other retailers must reasonably satisfy Somfy that they have complied with the stipulation that only one Retail Reward may be obtained on account of each Location and have provided a unique code which has been given to them by a Manufacturer of the Finished Products installed, or to be installed, at the Location.
Any personal information gathered by Somfy in the context of this Promotion shall be collected and used for the purposes of this Promotion, assumed to be given with consent and shall be treated in accordance with Somfy’s Privacy Statement.
Claims for Retail Rewards must be made in writing as stipulated above during the Promotion Period. Claims received by Somfy after the expiration of the Promotion Period will not be accepted for the Retail Reward.
Continuing Relationship
Somfy Experts and some other retailers are already contractually bound by the terms of Somfy’s Account and Credit Application (formerly Application for Credit or other predecessor document) previously executed and submitted by Customer to Somfy; and Somfy’s Terms of Trade ; Somfy’s Warranty Statement and Somfy’s Privacy Statement. Somfy Experts and those retailers who are contractually bound by the terms of Somfy’s Account and Credit Application (formerly Application for Credit or other predecessor document) agree that the terms of this Promotion do not vary or derogate from the application of the Account and Credit Application, the Terms of Trade, the Warranty Statement and the Privacy Statement.
General Conditions
Somfy has no involvement in the contractual arrangements negotiated between Somfy Experts and other retailers and the Manufacturers nor in the contractual arrangements negotiated between Somfy Experts and other retailers and their own customers. Somfy Experts and other retailers agree that Somfy does not bear any responsibility in connection with or arising from such negotiations and contractual arrangements.
If for any reason beyond Somfy’s reasonable control this Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, Somfy reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
